Inspire

OpenText Inspire is a Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform that helps businesses design, manage, and distribute personalized, high-quality communications to their customers. Often associated with OpenText Exstream, Inspire provides businesses with the tools to create visually appealing, data-driven content that can be delivered across multiple channels, including print, web, email, mobile, and social media. Inspire focuses on enhancing the customer experience through engaging and consistent communications.

Founded in 1994 as GMC Software Technology Limited and originally headquartered in Switzerland, the company focused on providing Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions, primarily to the financial services industry. Their flagship product was GMC Inspire, an enterprise communication platform designed to transform and automate customer engagement across various channels.

In 2012, Neopost, a European leader in mailroom equipment and logistics systems, acquired GMC Software Technology. This acquisition drove the further development and expansion of GMC’s Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. By 2016, GMC Software had become part of the Neopost Group, which rebranded as Quadient in 2019. This rebranding reflected a broader commitment to comprehensive customer experience solutions. As a result, GMC Inspire evolved into Quadient Inspire, enhancing its capabilities to better integrate both digital and physical communication channels. Today, Quadient Inspire is a key component of Quadient’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) suite, serving as a central hub for managing all customer communications, including email, print, and text messages. The platform allows businesses to design and customize communications, ensuring they are timely and relevant, and delivered through the customer’s preferred channel. Used by organizations across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications, Quadient Inspire streamlines processes, ensures legal compliance, and ultimately improves the customer experience, leading to more satisfied customers and a more efficient communication strategy for businesses.=
